SuperMouth™ Sweepstakes 2022

Parent, child and/or family that attended the SuperMouth Guinness Book of World Records Official Attempt or the San Diego Padres baseball game on Sunday, October 2, 2022, and received a SuperMouth MouthCare Starter Kit.

There will be a total of three winners selected with one winner for 3^rd prize, one winner for 2^nd prize and one winner for the Grand Prize. The first notification will be through SuperMouth’s website (www.supermouth.com) and respective Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/mysupermouth) and Instagram (https://www.instagram.com/mysupermouth/) accounts. Follow-up communication to each winner will be sent via email to confirm details for prize(s) received.

Winners will be selected based on the following criteria:

• Entering their First Name, Last Name and Email address on the Join page of SuperMouth’s Website (https://supermouth.com/pages/join)
• Above information must be submitted by 11:59 p.m. PT on October 15, 2023

3^rd Prize: One winner will be randomly selected and will receive a SuperMouth Custom MouthCare System of their choice, free of charge, for them and their immediate family/household. Custom MouthCare Systems range in price from $24.99 MSRP for Birth to 24 Months to $109.99 MSRP for Age 13+. All systems are a 90-day supply.

2^nd Prize: One winner will be randomly selected and will receive Season Tickets to the San Diego Padres baseball team for the year 2023. The season tickets will be for the 2023 Petco Park home games only and have to be one of the three membership packages offered:

• Gold A & B (half of the home games on a set schedule) ($2,300 value)

Grand Prize: One winner will be randomly selected and will receive red carpet treatment for one family (up to five family members total) to The Rise of SuperMouth Movie Premier. Red carpet treatment includes the following:

• Free transportation to and from San Diego, California including flights
• Free hotel stay for up to 3 days/nights at a 4-star hotel in the San Diego, California area
• Free admission to, and a red carpet experience at, The Conrad Prebys Performing Arts Center for The Rise of SuperMouth Movie Premier on Saturday, February 25, 2023

Grand prize is valued over $6000 (based on main cabin ticket from NYC to San Diego for a family of five, 3 nights stay at a 4-star hotel and red carpet experience at the movie premier.

All winners will be announced on the company’s Website and social media channels per the SELECTION PROCESS, then will be contacted directly by someone from SuperMouth’s Events Department.

The SuperMouth Sweepstakes runs from October 2, 2022 to October 15, 2022. Any submissions after 11:59 p.m. PT October 15, 2022, will “not” qualify for the sweepstakes.
